Serge’s passion for sales ignited at the tender age of 15, during his part-time job in menswear. It was then that he made a life-changing decision to prioritize honesty and genuine customer care above all else. Building a loyal following based on trust and personal recommendations, Serge recognized his calling and embarked on a journey to master the art of sales.
His diverse professional background includes successful ventures in insurance with AMP, pharmacy with Mayne Pharma, as well as ownership of an art gallery. Serge’s sales prowess expanded further with ventures in transport at TNT International, steel manufacturing at BHP, and business sales. His insatiable thirst for knowledge led him to the training industry, where he spent 21 years at ABEX, securing clients across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, food processing, retail, transport and logistics, hospitality, health, and aged care.
